If you have been struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, loss of hope, or other issues, you have come to the right place and I am happy you are here. Life can be difficult, and sometimes facing our issues feels like an uphill climb, but together we can make it more manageable so that you can find solutions and tools to cope and grow.
I believe in the importance of a safe in person and online space for mental health support. I have an emphasis on Narrative Therapy where we look at the stories that have shaped us and break them down into smaller components to be worked through. I am also an advocate of Solution Focused and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

Making a connection in person or online is an important part of the therapeutic process; all online appointments will take place in a secure online portal. My goal is to support clients in feeling comfortable and supported whether they are seeing me in person or on my secure site.
Options
Currently I offer therapy appointments both in person and online to clients in Alberta and Saskatchewan. While online therapy is a unique experience, my priority is to ensure you feel at ease in an online environment. All in person appointments will take place at my office in the Professional Building located at 5004-49th Avenue, Forestburg, AB. I am located upstairs above the doctor and dental offices.
